3. Cancellation
Requests to cancel a conference registration must be faxed to the secretariat. (FAX : +82 (55) 212-1331, E-mail : secretariat@icec-icmc-seoul.org)
Registration fees will be refunded according to the following policy. All approved refunds will be issued after the conference has ended. All bank service charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

4. Registration confirmation
Registration confirmation will be sent to attendees via e-mail when the appropriate payment has been credited to our account.
5. Short courses information
Short courses must be paid separately from the conference registration fees.
All short courses will take place at the Convention & Exhibition Center (COEX) on Monday, July 21, 2008. Please see the short courses page for additional information. Space is limited, and is therefore only available on a first-come, first-served basis.
