Professional career: 2000 - Present: Development, Technologies and Innovation Director at AIR LIQUIDE Advanced Technologies Division. AIR LIQUIDE Group Fellow. 1987 - 2000: Low Temperature Laboratory Engineer and Director (from 1994) at French Atomic Energy Committee (CEA) in Grenoble, France. 1972 - 1987: Physicist at Ultra Low Temperature Research Center of French National Research Council (CNRS) in Grenoble, France. Other activities: Member of the A ½ commission of the International Institute of Refrigeration (IIR) Member of the International Cryocooler Conference (ICC) Committee. Member of CRYOGENICS International Advisory Editors. Professor in Applied Thermodynamics and Cryogeny at Ecole Centrale Paris and Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble.
