All poster sessions will take place in Grand Ballroom 101 at the COEX Convention and Exhibition Center. Poster presenters will be provided with a blank poster board and tapes for mounting posters on it. The surface area of the poster board is 90 cm wide and 230 cm high, but you can use 90 cm (W) × 210 cm (H) area for your contents of poster presentation. 10 × 10 cm sign designating your poster board number will be provided by secretariat and positioned in the upper left-hand corner of the board. (EX: TU-C1-A01) The boards will be arranged in the order that the poster presentations are listed in the final program Your poster number that includes the presentation day can be found in the final program, which will be handed out at the registration desk. All presenters are requested to mount and remove posters on the appropriate dates and time as indicated below.
Please note that ICEC22-ICMC2008 accepts no responsibility for material that may be left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged. Each poster presentation must have at least one author be present at the conference poster sessions. AV equipment is not permitted in the poster session room. If a paper is not presented during its scheduled time, the paper will not be published. |
