Plenary presentations will be given in the COEX Grand Ballroom 103. Each plenary presenter will have 45 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for the Q&A.
Oral presentations will be given in Grand Ballrooms 102, 103, 104 and 105. Each contributed oral presenter will have 15 minutes which includes Q&A
All oral presenters are required to submit an electronic version of their presentation to the speaker preparation Room by 7:00 pm of the day prior to their presentation. Presentations must be submitted in Microsoft Power Point format (but may be saved as a PDF). It is strongly recommended that presenters save their Power Point presentations with True Type fonts attached. Acceptable media include CD and USB flash drive. All presentations will be scanned for any viruses and subsequently loaded on the appropriate computer for following day¡¯s presentations. Presenters are not allowed to make changes to the file that has previously been submitted.
All session rooms will be equipped with an LCD projector, a laptop computer and a screen. Mac computers will not be available in any of the session rooms. Authors using a Mac platform will need to ensure that their files operate compatibly in the PC environment. Presenters are not allowed to use their own personal laptop. The laptops in all oral session rooms are not equipped to accommodate audio sound.
If a paper is not presented during its scheduled time, the paper will not be published.
