* Hotel reservation instruction
The secretariat of the ICEC22-ICMC2008 has secured special rates for hotels near the conference venue. Please note that the conference rates are valid when you reserve by June 30. Online reservations are available through the ICEC22-ICMC2008 web-site. Please be advised that the conference room block is for the nights from July 20 through July 26 only. Depending on the availability, rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. In any case, credit card information will be used to guarantee your room reservation only. All hotel charges guaranteed by credit card information will be settled when checking out.

* Deadline for the hotel reservation & cancellation
Deadline for the hotel reservation is June 30, 2008. For any requests received after the deadline, the secretariat will not be able to guarantee the room availability. If you cancel your reservation after the deadline, please note that a cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.
